JewelVow is a lifestyle brand dedicated to motorcycle enthusiasts. We create bold, custom-designed apparel and accessories that reflect the freedom, power, and spirit of the open road. Whether you're a weekend cruiser or a hardcore biker, our gear is made for you.

2. What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a growing collection of biker-inspired gear including:

  • Premium t-shirts and hoodies

  • Bomber and moto jackets

  • Custom-printed caps and beanies

  • Riding-inspired accessories

Many of our items are customizable with names, biker club symbols, or unique graphics.

3. Where are your products made and shipped from?

All our products are printed and fulfilled in the U.S. using high-quality materials. We partner with reliable print-on-demand providers to ensure fast, efficient production and delivery across the U.S.

4. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes an additional 3–7 business days.
Total estimated time: 5–12 business days.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we focus on serving our U.S. customers. However, we are working on expanding to other countries soon. Stay tuned!

6. Can I customize my order?

Absolutely. Many of our products offer personalization options — from names to biker club initials or bike model codes. Just follow the product instructions and submit your custom details during checkout.

7. What sizes do your products come in?

Our apparel is available in sizes S to 5XL, depending on the product. Size charts are included on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

9. What is your return & refund policy?

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect customization provided by the customer.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong print, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
